Fulshear senior Ingris Cortez scored a goal and recorded an assist in the Chargers’ win against La Grange.

Travis 1, Clements 0

The Lady Tigers secured their spot in the top half of District 20-6A with a victory over Clements on Saturday.

Travis (5-3-1, 3-1-1) will travel to Kempner on Tuesday.

George Ranch 5, Dawson 0

The Longhorns won a third straight contest by five or more goals on Saturday against Pearland Dawson.

George Ranch has outscored opponents 19-2 over the past three games.

Cassidy Hoang is second in District 23-6A with 23 points including 10 goals.

Morgan Rathmell and Ceana Hernandez are both in the top 10 in points with. Rathmell has three goals and Hernandez has four assists.

Fulshear 9, Royal 0

The Chargers overpowered Royal during Friday’s home contest at Charger Field.

Junior Bushra Emiola and freshman Reagan Crawford each had two goals. Crawford led the team with five points.

Junior Kate Letson, sophomore Ellie Mikeska, junior Milena Sousa, senior Alexis Briceno and junior Mikayla Counce each had a goal for the Chargers.

Sousa had two assists along with Letson and sophomore Mikki Lopez each with assists.

Senior Shelby McPherson and junior Abbie Moreno combined for the shutout. McPherson saved the lone shot on goal.

Fulshear (13-4-1, 3-0) will next play at Needville on Monday.

Needville 10, Columbus 0

The Lady Jays took care of business at home on Friday night against Columbus with a shutout victory.

Senior Chayla Ambriz led the Lady Jays with three goals and two assists.

Freshman Ariana Franco and sophomore Arianna Hurley each added two goals and an assist.

Junior Bri Pena had a goal and two assists.

Sophomore Joselyn Argueta added another goal.

Needville (11-2-1, 3-0) will host Fulshear on Monday.

Angleton 5, Lamar Consolidated 0

The Lady Mustangs were shut out on Friday against co-District 24-5A leader Angleton at Guy. K. Traylor Memorial Stadium.

Lamar Consolidated (3-6-1, 3-4) will next play at Terry on Tuesday.

Terry had an open date over the weekend.
