George Ranch junior Stephen Woods, Jr. had 11 points in Longhorns’ win over Alief Hastings.

Travis 54, Dulles 47

The Tigers took care of business on the road Tuesday at Dulles.

Travis had a program sweep of the Vikings at all levels.

Senior Justin Hill and juniors Mekhi McIntyre, Joseph Cadette and Eric Johnson put their bodies on the line for the Tigers, drawing charges against Dulles.

Travis (18-5, 2-0) will host Austin on Friday.

George Ranch 58, Alief Hastings 49

The Longhorns started their Alief tour on Tuesday with a win at Alief Hastings. The victory also pushed George Ranch to .500 for the season at 10-10.

Freshman Zion Harper had a big game in the paint with a double-double, 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Junior Stephen Woods, Jr. had 11 points and seven rebounds.

Senior AD Harris had 10 points and seven rebounds.

George Ranch (10-10, 2-0) will travel to Alief Taylor on Friday.

Foster 69, Willowridge 51

The Falcons got back on a winning track in district play on Tuesday with a victory over Willowridge.

Senior Jack Hardcastle led the team with 22 points followed by junior Reuben Fatheree II with 18 and sophomore Chancellor White with 16.

Foster (15-7, 3-2) will next play Manvel on Friday.

Brazos 67, Fayetteville 57 (OT)

The Cougars rallied to get an overtime victory against Fayetteville at home on Tuesday.

Brazos (4-14) will next play on Tuesday at Iola.

Manvel 77, Lamar Consolidated 54

The Mustangs lost to Manvel at home on Tuesday.

Lamar Consolidated (9-12, 1-5) will play at Angleton on Friday.
