Around 3 a.m. on Friday, June 21, 2019, Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the 26800 block of FM 1093, in the Katy area. When they arrived they discovered $14,000 worth of cell phones had been stolen from the electronics department of Walmart.

Surveillance photos captured the suspects leaving the store after the crime. One suspect was wearing a blue Nike shirt, black and yellow pants and gold and white shoes. The other suspect was wearing a white tank top, white and black striped shorts and white framed eye glasses. Both were carrying backpacks.

The two suspects took off on bicycles leading detectives to believe they live in the Westheimer Lakes subdivision.

“These suspects couldn’t have gotten that far on bicycles,” said Sheriff Troy Nehls. “Help us catch them.”
