Fort Bend County grand jury returned indictments against four individuals on a variety of felony offenses. Those individuals are:

  • James Munoz Silva, possession of a controlled substance, between 4 grams and 400 grams of amphetamine, on May 23, a second-degree felony offense punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $10,000. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office.
  • Samuel Antonio Ramirez, indecency with a child by sexual contact, a second-degree felony offense. He is accused of inappropriately touching a girl under the age of 17 on June 16. Bond was set at $20,000. Arresting agency: Houston PD.
  • Deshawn Marzell Bridges, aggravated robbery, June 21. He is accused of threatening a man with imminent bodily injury or death on June 21, and he possessed what appeared to be a firearm at the time, a BB gun, in order to threaten the man into turning over his property. Bond was set at $45,000. Arresting agency: Missouri City PD.
  • Mark Anthony Castillo, attempt to commit theft of property, less than $300,000 in value. He is accused of attempting to break into an ATM machine and steal its contents from BBVA Bank on July 6. Bond was set at $6,000. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Shaneen Renee Robinson, attempt to commit theft of property less than $300 thousand ATM, July 6.
  • Dundre Delajuin Maxfield, possession of controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, July 12.
  • Roberto Carlos Valle Bargas, assault family/house member impede breath/circulation, July 16.
  • Christopher James Victor, possession of controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, July 23.
  • Zachariah Kelley, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, July 27.
  • Felix Alfaro Jr., possession of controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, Aug. 6.
  • Jeremiah La-Keith Blount, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, Aug. 6.
  • Daniel Misael Santos, possession of controlled substance penalty group 3 more than equal to 28 grams less than 200 grams, Aug. 7.
  • Daniel Misael Santos, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, Aug. 7.
  • Neal Ray Crose Jr., possession of controlled substance penalty group 1 more than equal to 4 grams less than 200 grams, Aug. 10.
  • Holly Laneigh Benton, possession of controlled substance penalty group 1 more than equal to 1 gram less than 4 grams, Aug. 10.
  • Levar Dorcel Brown, possession of controlled substance penalty group 1 more than equal to 4 grams less than 200 grams, Aug. 11.
  • Adrian Fernandez, theft of property more than equal to $2,500 less than $30 thousand, Aug. 13.
  • Santos Garcia Jr., theft of property more than equal to $2,500 less than $30 thousand, Aug. 13.
  • Andrew Robert Meyer, unauthorized use of vehicle, Aug. 14.
  • Omar Guerrero, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, Aug. 15.
  • James Charles Snedecor, assault family/house member impede breath/circulation, Aug. 15.
  • Armando Perez Jr., assault family/household member previous conviction if at trial, Aug. 21.
  • Negin Rose Reihani, assault family/household member previous conviction if at trial, Aug. 16.
  • Emmanuel Lee Neeper, theft of property less than $2,500 two or more previous convictions, Aug. 25.
  • Corrita Irene Ross, injury child/elderly/disable with intent bodily injury, Aug. 9.
  • Christopher James Victor, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, July 23.
  • Cameron Solomon Burkhalter, theft of property less than $2,500 two or more previous convictions, Dec. 26, 2019.
