Fort Bend County Indictments for Oct. 5, 2020 follows. The indictments are listed by name, offense and offense date.

  • Jamail Sawyer Williams, possession of a controlled substance, between 4 grams and 400 grams of phencyclidine, a chemical compound with mind-altering effects more commonly referred to as PCP or Angel Dust, on Jan. 23, a second-degree felony offense punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $2,500. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD. According to the indictment, Williams was convicted of felony possession of an illegal substance in April 2013, which could be used against him in court.
  • Jerry Wayne Alred, possession of a controlled substance, between 4 grams and 200 grams of methamphetamines, on May 21, a second-degree felony. Bond was set at $3,000. Arresting agency: DPS. According to the indictment, Alred was convicted of felony burglary of a habitation in May 2000, felony possession of a controlled substance in July 2006, felony credit card or debit card abuse in February 2007, and felony sale of a control substance in March 2013, all of which could be used against him in court.
  • Lawrence A. Van, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of methamphetamine, on Feb. 25, a state-jail felony. Bond was set at $3,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Trenton Charles Garrett, possession of a controlled substance, between 1 gram and 4 grams of amphetamine, on Feb. 29, a third-degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $1,500. Arresting agency: Stafford PD.
  • Kaitlyn Leigh Washington, evading arrest and/or detention with a vehicle, a third-degree felony. She is accused of intentionally fleeing from a peace officer on July 17. Bond was set at $3,000. Arresting agency: DPS.
  • Kaitlyn Leigh Washington, theft of a firearm, a state-jail felony offense, on July 17. Bond was set at $2,000. Arresting agency: DPS.
  • Kaitlyn Leigh Washington, unauthorized use of vehicle, on July, 17, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $3,500. Arresting agency: DPS.
  • Monica Ann Gonzales, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony. She is accused of intentionally threatening a man with imminent bodily injury on July 28, and she possessed a knife at the time. According to the indictment, she allegedly threatened a family member, member of the household or someone with whom she was romantically involved. Bond was set at $15,000. Arresting agency: Houston PD. Because the alleged offense took place during a declared disaster (coronavirus pandemic), the punishment against Gonzales could be enhanced if she is convicted.

  • Lamar Deqion Harris, possession of controlled substance penalty group 2 more than equal to 1 gram less than 4 grams, Aug. 15.
