He is accused of intentionally possessing and/or using counterfeit debit or credit cards on Jan. 21. Bond was set at $20,000. Arresting agency: Katy PD.
  • Chery Morin-Alarcon, fraudulent possession of or use credit or debit cards, items numbering between 10 and 50, a second-degree felony offense punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. She is accused of intentionally possessing and/or using counterfeit debit or credit cards on Jan. 17. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: Katy PD.
  • Eduardo Castro, fraudulent use of or possessing of identifying information, items numbering between 10 and 50, a second-degree felony offense. He is accused of intentionally possessing and/or using counterfeit debit or credit cards on Jan. 22. Bond was set at $10,000. Arresting agency: Katy PD.

  • Carlos Laza Hernandez-Cuesta, fraudulent possession of or use credit or debit cards, items numbering between five and 10, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of intentionally possessing and/or using counterfeit debit or credit cards on Jan. 27. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: Katy PD.
  • Isabel Hernandez Cue, cargo manifest requirements, a third-degree felony offense. She is accused of not possessing the required license to engage in motor fuel sales on Jan. 17. Bond was set at $3,000. Arresting agency: Texas Comptroller’s Office.
  • Mathew Shone, evading arrest and/or detention with vehicle, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of intentionally fleeing from a peace officer on Jan. 29, knowing fully well the officer was attempting to arrest or detain him. Bond was set at $2,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Robert Mason Kelley, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of cocaine, on June 8, 2019, a state-jail felony offense punishable by up to two years in a state jail and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $1,000. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Eligo Benavides, fraudulent use of or possession of identifying information, items numbering less than five, a state-jail felony offense. He is accused of intentionally possessing and using counterfeit debit or credit cards on Jan. 1. Bond was set at $3,500. Arresting agency: Katy PD.
  • Angela Georgette Khoury, theft of property, less than $2,500 in value with two or more previous convictions of a similar nature, a state-jail felony offense. She is accused of stealing apparel, clothing and merchandise on Jan. 16 from Pink. Bond was set at $2,000. Arresting agency: Katy PD. According to the indictment, Khoury was convicted of theft in May 2017 and July 2015.
  • William Juvencio Ruiz, abandoning or endangering a child through criminal negligence, a state-jail felony offense. He is accused of intentionally engaging in conduct that placed a child younger than 15 in imminent danger of death, bodily injury or other harm on Jan. 30 by possessing a controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine, in presence of the child. Bond was set at $15,000. Arresting agency: Richmond PD.
  • Armando Mendoza Velazquez, fraudulent use of or possession of identifying information, items numbering less than five, a state-jail felony offense. He is accused of possessing and using another man’s Texas driver’s license number without his consent on Jan. 30. Bond was set at $2,000. Arresting agency: Stafford PD. According to the indictment, Velazquez was convicted in October 2010 of felony evading arrest with a vehicle and felony theft, and felony theft in May 2013, all of which could be used against him at trial.

He is accused of intentionally engaging in conduct that placed a child under the age of 15 in danger of imminent death, injury or other harm on Jan. 30 by possessing a controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine, in the child’s presence.
