  • Ronald Alberto Rivas, murder, Aug. 27, 2016. (Re-indictment). Rivas and an accomplice are accused of intentionally causing the death of a man on Aug. 27, 2016, by killing him with a machete, a first-degree felony offense punishable by up to life in prison and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $150,000. Arresting agency: Missouri City PD.
  • Brian Maurico Lemus-Interiano, murder, Aug. 27, 2016.(Re-indictment). Lemus-Interiano and an accomplice are accused of intentionally causing the death of a man on Aug. 27, 2016, by killing him with a machete, a first-degree felony offense punishable by up to life in prison and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $250,000. Arresting agency: Missouri City PD.
  • Melanie Leanne Villanueva, possession of a controlled substance, between 4 grams and 200 grams of cocaine, on March 28, a second-degree felony offense punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: Stafford PD.
  • Jasmine Pineda, possession of controlled substance, between 4 grams and 400 grams of tetrahydrocannabinol, better know as THC and which has effects similar to marijuana, on March 10, a second-degree felony offense. bond was set at $2,000. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office (FBCSO).
  • Joshua Rene Ingram, 26, possession with intent to promote child pornography, a second-degree felony offense. He is accused of possessing child pornography on Nov. 20, 2018 with the intent to share it with others. Bond was set at $50,000. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office.
  • Joshua Rene Ingram, possession of child pornography, a third degree felony offense punishable by up to 10 years in prison, on March 7. Bond was set at $20,000. Arresting agency: District Attorney’s Office.
  • Elliot Andrew Hudson, 30, of Sugar Land, possession of a controlled substance, between 1 gram and 4 grams of U-47700, a white or pinkish powdery substance referred to on the street as “U4,” “Pink,” or “Pinky” and which is a synthetic opioid 10 times more potent than morphine and has led to deaths, on Oct. 28, 2018, a third-degree felony offense. Bond was not specified. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD. According to court records, Hudson was convicted in March 2012 in Bexar County, Texas, on felony aggravated robbery.
  • Brandy Jean Welch, driving while intoxicated, third offense or or more, a third-degree felony offense. She is accused of driving intoxicated on Nov. 14, 2018. According to court records, Welch was twice convicted of DWI in Kitsap County, Wash., in November 2004. Bond was set at $7,000. Arresting agency: DPS.
  • Krista Deann Reece, possession of a controlled substance, between 1 gram and 4 grams of methamphetamine, on Nov. 16, 2018, a third-degree felony offense. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: Missouri City PD.
  • Colby Ryan Parson, continuous violence against the family, a third-degree felony offense. He is acused of intentinonally causing bodily injury to a member of his family by hitting her, grabbing her and pushing her multiple occassions over a 12-month period. Bond was set at $75,000. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Cynthia Ramirez, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of cocaine in a drug free zone, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of possessing the illegal narcotic on March 9 withing 1,000 feet of Meadows Place Preschool. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: Meadows Place PD.
  • Carlos Morales, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of cocaine in a drug free zone, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of possessing the illegal narcotic on March 9 withing 1,000 feet of Meadows Place Preschool. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: Meadows Place PD.
  • Jonathan Gregory Bizaillion, possession of a controlled substance, between 1 gram and 4 grams of methamphetamine, March 19, a third-degree felony offense. Bond was set at $2,500. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD.
  • Cathyrine Louise Lim, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of cocaine, on April 3, a state-jail felony offense punishable by up to two years in a state jail and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $1,250. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD.
  • Jacob Ray Coker, 11 counts of burglary of building, a state-jail felony offense. He is accused of entering the buildings belonging to 11 different people without their consent between March 30 and March 31. Bond was set at $10,000. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Heriberto Ballinas, possession of a controlled substance, between 1 gram and 4 grams of cocaine, on April 7, a third-degree felony offense. Bond was set at $1,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • James Dillion Montes, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of tetrahydrocannabinol, more commonly known as THC and which has the same effects as marijuana, on April 13, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $1,500. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office.
  • Alexis Santiago Vasquez, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of tetrahydrocannabinol, on April 14,a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $1,000. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD.
  • Sultan Alsaif, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of tetrahydrocannabinol, on April 16, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $1,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Yolanda Lanetta White, harassment of a public servant, a third-degree felony offense. She is accused of spit on a Fort Bend County sheriff’’s deputy on April 16 while being transported to jail. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Derrion Ramone Middleton, possession of a controlled substance, between 200 grams and 400 grams of codeine, on April 19, a second-degree felony offense. Bond was set at $4,000. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD.
  • Aerialle Deziree-Lashayn Jackson, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram, apparently THC oil, on April 21, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $500. Arresting agency: Missouri City PD.
  • Quang Do, murder, a first-degree felony offense. He is accused of intentionally causing the death of his wife on April 9 by shooting her. Bond was set at $250,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Darryl-James Dwayne Gant, aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony offense. He is accused of intentionally threatening or placing a woman in fear of imminent bodily injury or death on April 25, and exhibited a firearm at the time. He is also charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon, a second-degree felony offense. He is accused of threatening a womwoman with imminent bodily harm on April 25, and exhibited a firearm at the time. Bond was not specified. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
