Fort Bend County grand jurors returned indictments against 10 individuals in September. The individuals and the charges they face are:

  • Sharon Latrece Fogle, possession of a controlled substance, between 4 grams and 200 grams of cocaine, on Aug. 9, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $2,000. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office. (FBCSO).
  • Joseph Abiel Avila, possession of a controlled substance, between 4 grams and 200 grams of heroin, on Aug. 28, a second-degree felony. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Rosa Elvia Martinez-Horta, burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. She is accused of breaking into another person’s home on Sept. 8. Bond was set at $25,000. Arresting agency: Houston PD.
  • Logan Alon Mulligan, delivery of marijuana, between 1/4 ounce and 5 pounds in a drug free zone, a third-degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He is accused of selling the drugs within 1,000 feet of J. Meyer Elementary School. Bond was set at $50,000. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Narcotics Task Force.
  • Fernando Garza, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of cocaine, on July 30, a state-jail felony punishable by up to two years in a state jail and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $1,000. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD.
  • Kevin David Linares, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of methamphetamine, on Aug. 2, a state-jail felony. Bond was set at $1,000. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Tra’sean Deon Scott, unauthorized use of vehicle, on Aug. 10, a state-jail felony.
  • Arturo De Jesus Gonzalez, evading arrest and/or detention with a vehicle, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of intentionally fleeing from a peace officer on Aug. 17, knowing full well the officer was attempting to arrest or detain him. Bond was set at $12,000. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Arturo De Jesus Gonzalez, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair its use as evidence, a third-degree felony. He is accused of concealing a shotgun from a peace officer during a traffic stop and subsequent investigation on Aug. 17. Bond was set at $2,000. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Shamar Delane Gongara, evading arrest and/or detention with a vehicle, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of intentionally fleeing from a peace officer on Aug. 23, knowing full well the officer was attempting to arrest or detain him. Bond was set at $3,500. Arresting agency: Missouri City PD.
  • Kermic Ray Gamble, evading arrest detention with a vehicle, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of intentionally fleeing from a peace officer on Aug. 30, knowing full well the officer was attempting to detain or arrest him. Bond was set at $15,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO. According to the indictment, Gamble was convicted in February 2014 of felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and felony evading arrest and or detention with a vehicle and in August 2017 of felony robbery, all of which could be used against him at trial.
  • Steven Paul Paddie, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, Aug. 30.
  • James Lee Conley, assault family/house member impede breath/circulation, Sept. 1.
  • Uvalde Maverick Gonzalez, possession of marijuana more than 4 ounces less than equal to 5 pounds, Sept. 1.
  • Brandon Benard Johnson, assault family/house member impede breath/circulation, Sept. 2.
  • Tarek Mohamed Zaghloul, violation of bond/protective order two-plus previous conviction if at trial, Aug. 22.
  • Leonardo Ismael Lopez Perez, assault family/house member impede breath/circulation, Sept. 3.
  • Pooyah Kheiri, assault peace officer/judge, Sept. 5.
  • Pooyah Kheiri, assault peace officer/judge, Sept. 5.
  • Joel Matthew Geddis, assault family/house member impede breath/circulation, Sept. 9.
  • Willem Niall Center, aggravated assault date/family/house with weapon, Sept. 27, 2017.
