Fort Bend County grand jurors returned indictments against 19 individuals on a variety of felony offenses. Those individuals include:

  • Mikal Deshaun Williams, theft of property, less than $300,000, a second-degree felony offense punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He is accused of stealing an ATM machine from BBVA Compass Bank on April 21. Because the alleged offense took place during a declared disaster (coronavirus pandemic), the punishment against Williams could be enhanced at trial. Bond was set at $15,000. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD.
  • Calvin Dwayne Bufford, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony offense. He is accused of intentionally causing bodily injury to a woman on June 11 by hitting her, and Bufford possessed a firearm at the time. According to the indictment, the woman was a member of Bufford’s family, household or someone with whom he was romantically involved with at the time. Bond was set at $30,000. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Congtrien Truman Bui, burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony offense. He is accused of entering someone’s home to commit theft on July 4. Bond was set at $10,000. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office (FBCSO).
  • Christopher Singletary, burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony offense. He is accused of entering someone’s home to commit theft on July 8. Bond was set at $15,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO. Because the alleged offense occurred during a declared disaster, the punishment against Singletary could be enhanced at trial.
  • Mansur Muneer Saleh, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more, a third-degree felony offense punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He is accused of driving while intoxicated on June 12. According to the indictment, Saleh was convicted of DWI in June 2018 and February 2020. In addition, he was convicted of aggravated felony assault against a public servant in October 2005. All three past convictions could be used against him at trial. Bond was set at $4,000. Arresting agency: Katy PD.
  • Charles Ray Young, injury to an elderly person, causing bodily injury, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of intentionally injuring a woman over the age of 65 on June 23 by gabbing her by both wrists and pushing her down. Bond was set at $30,000. Arresting agency: Houston PD.
  • Darius Malcom Robinson, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of possessing a firearm on June 27, which was before the fifth anniversary of his release from prison (felony possession of cocaine). Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: Houston PD.
  • Martha Amelia Garcia, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of cocaine, on July 20, a state-jail felony offense punishable by up to two years in a state jail and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $1,000. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Timothy Denison Ehntholt, theft of property, less than $2,500 in value, with two or more previous convictions of a similar offense, a state-jail felony offense. He is accused of stealing an under-cabinet range hood, two turbine vents, two mosquito repellents, one seven-piece furniture set and one electric cook-top from Lowe’s on July 20. Bond was set at $4,000. Arresting agency: Missouri City PD. According to court records, Ehntholt was convicted of theft in June 2015, July 2018, October 2019, July 2020. Because the alleged offense took place during a declared disaster, the punishment against Ehntholt could be enhanced at trial.
  • Ronnie Broaden Manning, theft of property, less than $2,500 in value, with two or more previous convictions if a similar offense, a state-jail felony offense. He is accused of stealing a 12-pack of beer and laundry detergent from Dollar General on July 22. Bond was set at $1,500. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD. Roy Brunson, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, July 23.
  • Sharonda Trynel Francis, driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age, on July 25, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Tommie Sheleila Jordan, interference with child custody, a state-jail felony offense. He is accused of taking a child on July 29, knowing full well he was violating the court’s order for protection of a child in an emergency. Bond was set at $1,500. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Hector Renee Delgado, driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, on July 19, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $6,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Heydee Rauda, driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age, on July 2, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Carlos Daniel Gutierrez, driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age, on July 11, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $3,500. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Roxana Areli Mendoza, driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age, on May 9, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $3,500. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Dominic Reale, graffiti causing damage between $2,500 and $30,000, a state-jail felony offense. He is accused of intentionally painting vehicles and driveways with racist slurs and graphic drawings on June 3 in the Hickory Creek neighborhood. Bond was set at $2,500. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Tabitha Ashley Torres, driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, on June 19, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $2,500. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Darrian Dejohn Allen, burglary of building, a state-jail felony offense. He is accused of entering a building not open to the public and without permission on July 10. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD. According to the indictment, Allen was convicted of felony burglary of a habitation in August 2019, which could be used against him at trial.
  • Kenya Lashawn Holmer, theft of property more than equal to $2,500 less than $30 thousand, July 16.
  • Makhia Samone Hunter, theft of property more than equal to $2,500 less than $30 thousand, July 16.
  • Jasmine Lane Saco, unauthorized use of vehicle, July 16.
  • Esteban Calandreli, assault of peace officer/judge, July 21.
  • Manuel Alderete Jr., manufacture delivery of controlled substance penalty group 1 more than equal to 4 grams less than 200 grams, July 24.
  • Jason Alan Hustede, manufacture delivery of controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram drug free zone if at trial, July 24.
  • Olga Ruth Fuentes, manufacture delivery of controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram drug free zone if at trial, July 24.
  • Mary Ann Ybarra-Alderete, manufacture delivery of controlled substance penalty group 1 more than equal to 4 grams less than 200 grams, July 24.
  • Ray Wright, theft of property less than $2,500 two or more previous convictions, July 25.
  • Karey Russell Fox, unauthorized use of vehicle, July 31.
  • Ivory Threesha Boone, injury child/elderly/disable with intent bodily injury, July 31.
  • Karla Berenice Galvan, possession of controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram, July 31.
  • Jovani Santana, theft of property more than equal to $2,500 less than $30 thousand, Aug. 1.
  • Kevin James Tietjen, terrorist threat impair public servant fear serious bodily injury/influence government, July 31.
  • Brandon Lee Staley, assault family/house member impede breath/circulation, Aug. 2.
  • Brandon Eric Lysaght, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, Aug. 2; aggravated assault with deadly weapon, Aug. 2.
  • Aaron Rivera Jones, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, Aug. 3.
  • Jeremiah Uwanah Ubak-Offiong, evading arrest detention with vehicle, Aug. 5.
  • Marvin James Stewart, burglary of habitation, Aug. 12.
  • Marvin James Stewart, evading arrest detention with previous conviction, Aug. 12.
