Fort Bend County grand jurors returned felony indictments against 10 individuals on Feb. 17. Those indicted:

  • Gabriel Ibarra, aggravated sexual assault, first-degree felony offense punishable by up to life in prison and a $10,000 fine. He is accused of forcing another person to engage in a sex act without consent and at gun or knife point on Dec. 2, 2019. Bond was set at $15,000. Arresting agency: Houston PD
  • Raul Hernandez Reyes, sexual assault of a child, a second-degree felony offense punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He is accused of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 17 on Nov. 27, 2019. Bond set at $20,000. 
  • Watts Rabb Vaughan Jr., manslaughter, a second-degree felony offense. He is accused of causing the death of a woman on Jan. 9 while he was driving a vehicle and caused her to fall off. Bond was set at $4,000 Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Ivory Leandra Garcia, assault of peace officer/judge, a second-degree felony offense. She is accused of hitting a Fort Bend County sheriff’s deputy on Dec. 23, 2019, knowing full well the deputy was responding to a call of disturbance. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Andres Duran Gonzalez, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony offense. He is accused of threatening to cause bodily harm to a woman on Dec. 7, 2019, and possessed an AR-15 at the time. Bond was set at $20,000. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD.
  • Sarah An Marie Welsch, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more, a third-degree felony offense punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. She is accused of driving intoxicated on Jan. 4. According to indictment documents, Welsch was convicted of DWI in April 2006 and December 2011. Bond was set at $3,500. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD
  • Donald Lee Adkins, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of driving while intoxicated on Jan. 7. According to indictment documents, Adkins was convicted of DWI in March 1987, March 1990, December 1997 and June 2007. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: Stafford PD.
  • Corey Lynn Kelly, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more, a third-degree felony offense. He is accused of driving while intoxicated on Jan. 11. According to indictment documents, Kelly was convicted of DWI in March 1995 and October 1996. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Nikki Garza, theft of property, between $2,500-$30,000, a state-jail felony offense punishable by up to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine. She is accused of stealing a purse on Dec. 8, 2019. Arresting agency: Fort Bend county Sheriff’s Office. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Shardai Beunca Lee, theft of property, less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions of a similar offense, a state-jail felony offense. She is accused of stealing clothing from Old Navy on Dec. 13, 2019. Bond was set at $2,000. Arresting agency: Katy PD. According to court records, Lee has been convicted four times of theft and four times for felony forgery
  • Robin Laschae Williams, theft of property, less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, a state-jail felony offense. She is accused of stealing clothing from Old Navy on Dec. 13, 2019. Bond was set at $4,000. Arresting agency: Katy PD. 
  • Alyssa Megan Segura, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of amphetamine, on Jan. 3, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $7,500. Arresting agency: Sugar Land PD.
  • Cidnee Nicole Brown, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of amphetamine, on Jan. 11, a state-jail felony offense. Bond was set at $3,000. Arresting agency: DPS.
