A 29-year-old Katy woman accused of offering to perform oral sex on a deputy if he didn’t take her to jail for DWI has been indicted on one count of felony bribery.

Lauren Brienne Robichaux faces up to 20 years in jail and a $10,000 fine if convicted of the second-degree felony offense.

A Fort Bend County grand jury indicted her earlier this month after she was stopped by a Fort Bend County sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on Oct. 16. According to the indictment, Robichaux offered to perform oral sex on the deputy if he would release her.

Bond was set at $2,500. As a condition of bond, she must submit to random alcohol and drug testing and have installed on her motor vehicle a device which will prevent it from starting if it detects alcohol on her breath.
