Norbert Joe Krejci

Norbert Joe Krejci, 72, of Rosenberg passed away on September 8th, 2020 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his daughters and sisters. He was born June 6th, 1948 to the late Clarence Sr. and Georgia (Hajdik) Krejci. He honorably served our country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War as a Sergeant earning many medals and awards.

“Norby” or “The King” as he liked to call himself, was an avid hunter and fisherman, bowler in his younger days, amazing cook and potent wine maker. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg. This beloved and one of a kind father, grandfather, brother and friend will be missed immensely.

Norbert is survived by his daughters, Tracy Krejci Drabek; Marla Lara and her husband Brian; grandchildren Logan, Lucas, Leighton and Liana Lara.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 15th from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.

The Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, September 16th at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg. Burial with full military honors will be held at West Gethsemane Gardens in Rosenberg.
