Funeral services for Eduardo M. Flores, 86, of Needville will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Needville with interment following at San Francisco Cemetery in Needville.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with a rosary at 10:00 a.m. and service to follow.

He was born on November 21, 1934 in Needville to Antonio Flores and Trinidad Garcia Flores and he passed away on June 10, 2021 in Houston, TX.

Eduardo enjoyed music, playing the harmonica and spending time with his family.

He was a very faithful man and believed in the power of prayer. Eduardo was a perfect role model to his family and his legacy will continue through his family.

He will be dearly missed for his heart of gold.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Flores and Trinidad Garcia Flores; brother, Antonio “Jay” Flores Jr. and sister, Estefanita Flores.

Eduardo is survived by his brothers, Plutarco Flores, Esteban Flores and wife Alice, Leocadio Flores and wife Glenda, Samuel Flores and wife Alma, Juan Flores and wife Diana, Domingo Flores and wife Silvia; sisters, Angelica Flores, Cristina Perez and husband Guadalupe, Loretta Villarreal and husband Manuel, Beatriz Gutierrez and husband Raymond, Julia Vela and husband Jesse.

He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Mrs. Wright transitioned to her heavenly home on April 20, 2021. She was 91 years old.

Wife, mother, teacher, evangelist: Mrs. Wright was all these and much more.

She shared the love of Jesus her Lord with everyone she encountered. Her “kids”, her students, were shown compassion and love. She fulfilled the mission God called her to in Matthew 28:19-20: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

A graveside service was held April 23, 2021 at Guardian Angel Cemetery in Wallis, Texas. Brother Donnie Melton officiated.
