Ella Mae Drabek

On November 18, 2020, Ella Mae Drabek, a dedicated wife and mother entered into her eternal reward. She is survived by the love of her life Willie. They shared 66 years of marriage and love.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joe and Victoria Poncik; siblings Ruby Filla, Victor Poncik, and William Poncik; as well as son-in-law Gary Dvorak.

In addition to her husband, Ella Mae is survived by: her children – Kathleen Dvorak, Patrick Drabek (Cindy), Janice Gillen (Gary), and Fr. Howard Drabek, her grandchildren include Sarah, Stephanie, Michelle, Rikki, Danni, Nichole and Jennifer as well as six great grandchildren and her sister Josephine Kovar.

Ella Mae was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxilary, the Catholic Daughters, the K.J.Z.T. and the Society of St. Margaret Mary.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 22, 2020 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 23, 2020 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Richmond.

The immediate family will gather for a private burial at West Gethsemane Gardens in Rosenberg.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Richmond, Texas.
