Edward Palacios

Funeral services for Edward Palacios, 56, of Richmond will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Caballero-Ryder Funeral Home in Rosenberg. The visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Caballero-Ryder Funeral Home.

Edward was born on December 20, 1963 to Delfino Palacios and Petra-Salazar Palacios in East Bernard, TX. and he passed away on October 9, 2020 in Sugar Land, TX. He attended Jane Long Elementary School and Lamar Consolidated High School. He loved fishing, grilling, hunting and spending time with family and attending his son’s, Jadrien, football games.

He was baptized at St. John Fisher Catholic Church and he gave his life to Christ at an early age. He later attended Mount Zion Baptist Church and became a member where he faithfully attended and loved his church family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Delfino Palacios and mother, Petra-Salazar Palacios and sister, Sylvia Palacios-Camacho.

Edward leaves to cherish his memories of his loving wife, Gina Gonzales-Palacios; daughters, Yvette Ballard ( Ja’Quay) and Ja’dyn Palacios; sons, Edward Palacios Jr. and Jadrien Palacios; sisters, Delia (Gilbert), Delma (Ricardo), Gloria, MaryAlice, Rosemary (Troy) and Yolanda; brothers, Delfino Jr. (Celia), Richard, Ernest (Vita), Anthony (Rachel), Louis (Belinda). He also leaves behind a host of grandchildren, in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

On behalf of the family we would like to thank Dr. Rasi for the care and urgency he extended to Edward while in his care. Words cannot express our gratitude, may God bless you and many thanks.

Due to Covid-19 only 50 people at a time are allowed to attend the visitation and services and masks are required.
