Charles Kenneth Elmore

Charles Kenneth Elmore was born on Christmas Day in 1935 in Kentucky, and Jesus came for him on January 6, 2021.

He is survived by his wife, Juliana Elmore of Rosenberg, son Jeff Elmore of Park City, Kentucky and grandson, Clinton with his wife, Julie, and two great grandchildren, Caleb and Trini. Other children are Anthony Macha, Carmen Reno, Stephen Macha and Rita Macha, grandchildren Jill Simpson, Justin Macha, Travis Reno, Morgan Macha, and several great grandchildren.

A friend, father and husband, his high school years were in Detroit Michigan, and then his family moved back to Kentucky. Chuck and his first wife, Trinidad who preceded him in death, moved to Houston in the early 80’s. He worked as a superintendent for an HVAC company doing commercial estimating and installing, and he was employed at the nuclear plant in Bay City for many years. After his retirement, he worked in security for Houston Flood Control and Child Protective Services.

The family expresses their appreciation for the nurses in Intensive Care Unit at Oakbend Hospital.

His service will be Saturday, January 16, 2021, with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m., followed by Rosary at 11:00 a.m. and chapel service at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Davis Greenlawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Chuck’s name to Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg.

The funeral home is limited to 50 people or less and everyone must wear a facial covering.
