Carmen Aguirre

Carmen Trevino Aguirre, 91, of Sugar Land, Texas passed away on July 5, 2019.

She was born on February 9, 1928 in Harlingen, Texas. Carmen was a faithful member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Sugar Land.

She retired from the City of Sugar Land after many years of service.

Carmen will truly be missed by all who loved her.

Carmen is preceded in death by her husband, Basilio Aguirre, Sr.; her parents, Jose Guadalupe Trevino and Dorotea Trevino; her daughter, Maria Elena Ontiveros; and all of her brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her children: Basilio Aguirre, Jr. and wife, Yanita, Minerva Aguirre, Jose Guadalupe Aguirre and wife, Delia, Antonio Aguirre, Gilbert Aguirre, Lolly Avant, Virginia Perkins and her husband, Tony, and Johnny Aguirre; 19 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; along with extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2019 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 10, 2019 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg.
