Bettye Jane Griffith

Bettye Jane “Mimi” Griffith, 72, of Waller, Texas passed away after a long battle with neurological issues.

Her indomitable spirit and robust personality was pervasive and infected all who knew her. She loved her family, friends and all of her animals deeply. She never met a stranger and the lives she touched with her love made the world a better place.

She is preceded in passing by her husband of 37 years, Robert “Griff” Griffith and her parents John and Audrey Pittman.

She is survived by her son Ray Griffith and his wife Stacy, her daughter Jeri Lynne Porto and her husband Joe Porto, her grandchildren Rebecca George, her husband Robert George, Craig “C.J.” Biagioli, Arianna Griffith, Laurie Porto, Analyn Roiz, Evangeline Woodley and her five great grandchildren. A special thank you and gratitude to her caregiver and best friend, Tina Hernandez.

There will be no formal service. In lieu of flowers please donate to your local animal rescue fund. We humbly ask that you take a moment to remember her and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
