Antonio H. Cardenas

Funeral services for Antonio H. Cardenas, 68, of East Bernard will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Caballero-Ryder Funeral Home with interment following at San Gabriel Annex Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Caballero-Ryder Funeral Home in Rosenberg.

He was born on January 6, 1952 in Rosenberg, TX. to Aristeo and Juanita Cardenas and he passed away on July 18, 2020 in Richmond, TX.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Aristeo and Juanita Cardenas; sister, Josie Balderas and brother, Bobby Cardenas.

Antonio is survived by his loving wife, of 40 years, Sylvia Cardenas, children, Anthony Cardenas and wife Nina, Eddie Cardenas and wife Brianna, Laura Cardenas and husband Ricardo and Denise Rios; grandchildren, Jacob, Klarissa, Paisley, Xavier, Aubriella and Izabella; siblings, Mel Cardenas, Joe Cardenas, Tina Contreras and Teresa Mireles. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Carlos Garza, Steven Hoffman Jr., Benzo Mireles, Noel Sanchez, Ricardo Echavarria and Daniel Gonzalez.

Due to Covid-19 and only 50 people at a time are allowed to attend the visitation and services and mask are required.
