Addie Lee Shaw

Addie Lee Shaw was born on February 5, 1945, in Richmond, Texas. She passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Addie is survived by: A dear loving mother, Mrs. Gertha Johnson, Two sons: Derrick Shaw (Regina) and Darryl Shaw: Six lovely grandchildren, DeAndre’ Parker, Breanna Carter, Kyra Carter, Andrew Preston, Derrick Shaw and Ashley Welch: Two great grandsons: Talen Welch and Bentley Welch. Four sisters: Janice Phillips, Marsha Thompson, (Steve), Jackie Johnson, and Judy Johnson all of Richmond, Texas. Six brothers: Rev. Larry Johnson (Shellie), of Richmond, Texas, Rev. Leonard Johnson, (Lois) of California, Rev. Donnie Johnson, (Rita), Rev. Joel Johnson, (Sara), Rev. Willie Johnson, (Annette) of Brookshire, Texas and John William Johnson all of Richmond Texas. One Aunt: Rebecca Harts of Oakland, California. Two godchildren: DaNisha Johnson, and Xzavier Lewis. Two grand godchildren: Malachi Neal and La’yah Johnson and a host of brother-n laws, sister-in laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, cousins, other relatives and very dear and close friends. Addie loved life and will be greatly missed!

A celebration of Life and Love viewing will be held from 11am-12pm at Pageville With: Homegoing Service held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 12:00 P.M.at Pageville Missionary Baptist Church, 4131 Clayhead Rd., Richmond, Texas 77406.
