World Down Syndrome Day

Roxanne Villafranco and Veronica Chavarria at B.F. Terry High School wear brightly colored socks in honor of World Down Syndrome Day. This is a day set aside to raise awareness about those with Down syndrome. “We want to help make people realize we’re all alike,” Chavarria said. Principal at Terry is Dr. Andree Osagie.
