The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their meeting July 10, 2019 at 6:30 pm in the Pleak City Hall is located at 6621 FM 2218. Meetings are always open to the public.

Congratulations to Luann Clark on her son Steven Clark’s recent engagement to Elizabeth Petticrew.

They have not set a date yet. We look forward to their upcoming nuptials. Luann is the Secretary for our Fort Bend County ESD #6.

Things are moving forward for Pleak Fire Departments first new station. Want to find out more. Come to meetings. City Council meetings are held every 3rd Wednesday and ESD #6 meetings are held every 4th Wednesday. These meetings are great ways to find out what is going on in your community.

Upcoming neighboring fire department fundraisers:

Beasley Fire Dept. Annual BBQ Fundraiser, July 21, 2019 from 11am-5pm at St Wenseclaus Catholic Church 419 South Second Street, Beasley. They will have BBQ plates — dine in and to-go, live auction, raffle drawing, and games for kids!!!

They also have raffle tickets available from any firefighter or they can be purchased at the fire station, and on site the day of the fundraiser.
