Fort Bend County Libraries offers fun, online programs specifically designed for high school-age teens in grades 9 through 12.
In December, the programs will be live-streamed via Webex, and registration is required.
These activities will be online ONLY; they will NOT be in-person.
Young Adult Advisory Councils
“YA Advisory Council” – Tuesday, Dec. 14, 4-5 p.m.; Wednesday, Dec. 15, 4-5 p.m.; Tuesday, Dec. 21, 4-5 p.m.; or Wednesday, Dec. 22, 4-5 pm. Teens can earn volunteer-service hours by expressing ideas, organizing upcoming activities, and suggesting new programs and books that would be of interest to young adults at the library.
Online Gaming for Young Adults
“Live: JackBox Game Session” – Tue, Dec. 7, 4 p.m. Have fun playing games virtually with JackBox! Play trivia competitions, improv games, and more!
Young Adult Book Clubs “YA Book Club” – Wed, Dec. 8, 4-5 p.m. This month, readers will discuss The Wrath & the Dawn, written by Renée Ahdieh.

• Sienna Subtext: Graphic Novel & Animé Club -- Thursday, Dec. 9, 4-5 p.m. The book to be discussed is Grumpy Cat/Garfield, created by Mark Evanier. This title is available digitally on hoopla.
