New Richmond City Hall

Richmond City Hall and City Hall Annex, built in 1940 and 1996 respectively, have been remodeled over the years to ensure the city has space for its employees and point of access for citizens and customers. As the city and surrounding area continue to grow, the staff and space needed to serve the city also grows. The current facilities have reached their maximum capacities. The last needs-assessment completed indicated a facility of 24,000 square feet will be needed to serve all future needs. An artist’s rendering of the proposed new city hall appears above.
