Fort Bend County grand jurors returned indictments against 12 individuals for a variety of felony offenses.

Those individuals are:

  • Lisandra Atencio-Sanchez, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, its use as evidence in court, a third-degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. She is accused of intentionally concealing on July 14, 2017, from authorities a backpack containing tools to make counterfeit credit cards to prevent authorities from linking the tools to an investigation into fraudulent use of or possession of identifying information and credit card abuse. Bond was set at $50,000. Arresting agency: DPS.
  • Adan Miguel Alvarez, possession of a controlled substance, between 1 gram and 4 grams of phencyclidine, more commonly referred to as PCP or Angel Dust, on May 1, 2020, a third-degree felony. Bond was set at $2,500. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office (FBCSO).
  • Rolandon Biriece Nixon, possession of marijuana, between 4 ounces and 5 pounds, on May 13, a state-jail felony punishable by up to two years in a state jail. Bond was set at $1,000. Arresting agency, Stafford PD.
  • Kelly Karvin Graham, promoting prostitution, a third-degree felony. Graham is accused of twice receiving compensation for prostitution services provided by another individual on Sept. 9, 2020. According to the indictment, Graham was convicted in March 2018 of felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, which could be used against him in court. Bond was set at $25,000. Arresting agency: District Attorney’s Office.
  • Kelly Karvin Graham, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram of cocaine, on Sept. 9. Bond was set at $3,000. Arresting agency: District Attorney’s Office.
  • Alan Derrick Gavin, promoting prostitution, a third-degree felony. Graham is accused of twice receiving compensation for prostitution services provided by another individual on Sept. 11, 2020. According to the indictment, Gavin was convicted in June 2018 of felony possession of a controlled substance, which could be used against him in court. Bond was not specified in the indictment. Arresting agency: District Attorney’s Office.
  • Katrina Nicole Hendricks, manufacturing and/or delivery of a controlled substance, less than 28 grams of hydrocodone, used in prescription cough suppressants or painkillers, on Sept. 15, 2020, a state-jail felony. Bond was set at $1,000. Arresting agency: DPS.
  • Jordan Ridley, violation bond or protective order, two or more times within 12 months, a state-jail felony. He is accused of going within 200 yards of a resident, employment or business where a woman lived and worked, or communicating with her, between July 5 and Sept. 26, despite a court order prohibiting him from doing so. Bond was not specified in the indictment. Arresting agency: Missouri City PD.
  • Hanzalah Saleem, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He is accused of intentionally causing bodily injury to a person on Oct. 27 by breaking glass near the person and at the time, Saleem used or possessed a bat to injure the person. Bond was set at $40,000. Arresting agency: Fulshear PD.
  • Nicholas Don Svatek, aggravated kidnapping and using individual as a shield or hostage, a first-degree felony punishable by up to life in prison and a $10,000 fine. He is accused of intentionally abducting an individual on Oct. 31 and using her as a shield or hostage, or inflicting bodily injury on her, or terrorizing her. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Talha Zahid, online solicitation of a minor, a third-degree felony. Zahid is accused of intentionally soliciting via social media an individual he believed to be younger than 17 years old on Nov. 12 to meet for sex. Bond was set at $25,000. Arresting agency: Missouri City PD.
  • Joshua Jose Herrera, burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. He is accused of entering someone’s residence on Nov. 13 without permission to commit theft. Bond was set at $8,500. Arresting agency: Houston PD. Because the alleged offense took place during a declared disaster, Herrera’s punishment could be enhanced if he is convicted.
  • Brian Joseph Whitaker, driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, on Nov. 13, a state-jail felony. Bond was set at $12,000. Arresting agency: Katy PD.

Fort Bend County grand jurors returned indictments against eight offenses.

Those individuals are:

  • Dereck Antonio Joglar, manufacturing and/or delivery of a controlled substance, between 4 grams and 200 grams of methamphetamine, on Nov. 19, a first-degree felony punishable by up to life in prison and a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $10,000. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Ashlie Nicole Holdorf, assaulting a peace officer, second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. She is accused of intentionally causing bodily injury to a peace officer on Nov. 24, by kicking him in the groin while he was attempting to execute a blood search warrant. Bond was set at $2,000. Arresting agency: Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office (FBCSO).
  • Shawn Matthew Sheridan, assaulting a family member, member of the house hold or someone with whom he was romantically involved by impeding breathing and/or circulation, a third-degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He is accused of intentionally causing bodily injury to a woman on Nov. 28 by grabbing and pushing her, and choking her, and blocking her nose and mouth to prevent her from breathing. Bond was set at $15,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO. Because the alleged offense took place during a declared pandemic, Sheridan’s punishment could be enhanced if he is convicted.
  • Shawn Matthew Sheridan continuous violence against the family, a third-degree felony. He is accused of intentionally causing bodily injury to a woman repeatedly between June 22 and Nov. 28, by grabbing and hitting her. Bond was set at $15,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO. Because the alleged offense took place during a declared pandemic, Sheridan’s punishment could be enhanced if he is convicted.
  • Angel Antoinette Gonzales, possession of a controlled substance, between 4 grams and 200 grams of phencyclidine, known on the street as PCP or Angel Dust, on Dec. 2, a second-degree felony. Bond was set at $3,500. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Everett Anthony Rodriguez, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony. He is accused of intentionally threatening a woman with imminent bodily injury on Dec. 2, and he used or possessed a knife at the time. According to the indictment, the victim was a member of his family, household or someone with whom he was romantically involved, which could be used against him in court. Bond was set at $10,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Michael Anthony Reyes, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more, a third-degree felony. He is accused of driving while intoxicated on Dec. 6. According to the indictment, Reyes was convicted of DWI in April 2004, Feb. 2008 and January 2009, all of which could be used against him in court. Bond was set at $20,000. Arresting agency: Rosenberg PD.
  • Madelyn Tuyet Vo, possession of a controlled substance, between 1 gram land 4 grams of 3,4-methylenedioxy methamphetamine, more commonly referred to as Ecstasy, on Dec. 11,a third-degree felony. Bond was set at $1,500. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
  • Jarvis Jermaine Johnson, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony. He is accused of possessing a Smith & Wesson SD9VE handgun on Dec. 17, 2020, which was before the fifth anniversary of his release from parole (felony aggravated robbery). Bond was set at $10,000. Arresting agency: FBSCO.
  • Jarvis Jermaine Johnson, theft of a firearm, on Dec. 17, 2020, a state-jail felony. Bond was set at $3,000. Arresting agency: FBCSO.
