The Fort Bend Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Terry’s Texas Rangers enjoyed a delightful “Day of Service” on Dec.5 at the Cambridge Square Assisted Living in Rosenberg.

Fourteen members came to share their time with the residents and surprised the facility with four large gift bags of puzzles, CDs, DVDs, word find and word hunt books, markers, colors, games, and more.

Residents and staff were served trays of fruit, cookies and lemonade while Bing Crosby sang in the background.

Each door was then decorated with a beautiful Merry Christmas sign adorned with a bow and individual gifts bags filled with Christmas cards, lotion, tissue, pens and game books were distributed to each one.

It was a beautiful day to share with this lovely facility.
