Fort Bend County Libraries’ Albert George Branch Library, 9230 Gene Street in Needville, presents a variety of free children’s programs — Toddler Time, Story Time, and School-Age Programs — every month.

These programs are free and open to the public. The summer schedule for July is as follows:

Toddler Time, which meets every Wednesday at 10:15 a.m., offers caregiver/child activities, stories and songs for older babies, from 1 to 3 years of age.

Program dates are July 3, 10, 17, and 24; this activity will NOT take place on July 31.

Story Time, which meets every Thursday at 10:15 a.m., provides stories, movies, and age-appropriate craft activities for pre-school children, from 3 to 6 years of age.

Program dates are July 11, 18, and 25; this activity will NOT take place on July 4.

The School-Age Programs — crafts, movies, stories, and more for school-aged children in grades 1 through 5 — will begin at 2 p.m. each Wednesday during the summer.

These programs are made possible through the generous support of the Friends of the Albert George Branch Library.
