INVITATION TO BIDDERS

SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to DHI Communities on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 182 for Construction of the Storm Sewer to Serve Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 182 Future Development, LJA Job No. 2193-0000, will be received at the office of the Engineer, LJA Engineering, Inc., 1904 West Grand Parkway North, Suite 120, Katy, Texas 77449, until 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2019, and then publicly opened and read aloud.

Copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained from the Engineer for a non-refundable fee of $100.00 per set ($50.00 for electronic copy).

DHI Communities on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 182 will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid conference at the office of the Engineer, LJA Engineering, Inc., 1904 West Grand Parkway North, Suite 120, Katy, Texas 77449, at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2019. DHI Communities on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 182 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board’s judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code 49.273)

Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier’s check payable to DHI Communities on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 182 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid.
