(NAPSI)—Good news for parents and, indeed, anyone who cares about kids in America: Fewer adolescents aged 12 to 17 are smoking or using alcohol than at any time since 2002, according to the latest National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
