Hanzik named Texas educator president

BEAUMONT — Two Fort Bend County educators earned state-wide honors at the 85th Texas Extension Education Association (TEEA) Conference, held Sept. 11-13 at the Beaumont Civic Center.

All wedding announcements in the Fort Bend Herald must be submitted within 30 days of the ceremony. It is The Herald’s policy to run these announcements within 30 days of the wedding. Wedding and engagement stories should be submitted in typed form (e-mail or CD preferred,) with a maximum of 350 words.

There is a charge of $65 for an announcement, which can include a black and white photograph to accompany the story. Anniversary announcements, with accompanying “then” and “now” black and white photos, are free, but must be submitted within 21 days of the anniversary.
